FAQ

How much notice do I need to give to order a cake?

For Celebration Cakes, the latest we can accept orders is as close as 2 days before - this only applies for simple designs, and is subject to an express fee (determined by discretion). Orders can be placed as early as a few months before. Full payments are due at least one month before your event. If an order is placed within a month of your event, full payment will be required to secure the booking.

For Wedding Cakes, orders can be placed a year in advance, up to 2 months before your wedding. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking on confirmation of order details - your booking will be held for 10 working days, after which it becomes available to other clients if deposit remains unpaid. The balance of which (50%) is due one month before your wedding.

Where can clients collect their cakes?

Collections will be from West Ruislip Underground Station, arranged in advance. Once your cake has been collected, we will not accept liability for any damage sustained to your cake.
